Is the website included in the plan?
Yes — your website, SSL, hosting, lead-capture setup and basic growth system are all included in your growth plan at no extra charge. Instead of paying $1,500–$3,000 upfront for a website and then paying an agency separately, you get everything in one predictable plan with no heavy upfront cost.
Is this software (SaaS) or done-for-you work?
Both. Tools like the Email Validator, the Novelio CRM and your reporting dashboard are self-serve software, while the website, SEO, Google Business Profile management, follow-up systems and content are done for you by our team. You get a single monthly subscription instead of one-off project invoices.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Both options cover the same 12-month plan. On monthly billing you pay your first 3 months upfront and then make 9 monthly payments — $450 upfront then $150/month ($1,800 total) on Start My Growth, or $900 upfront then $300/month ($3,600 total) on Grow My Leads. Paying for the year in one payment costs less: $1,400 on Start My Growth (a $400 saving) or $2,900 on Grow My Leads (a $700 saving).
Why do I pay 3 months upfront?
The first months carry the heaviest work — building your website, setting up hosting and SSL, configuring your Google Business Profile, and putting your lead-capture and follow-up systems in place. The 3-month upfront payment covers that build phase, and the remaining 9 months are spread as equal monthly payments. If you would rather avoid the upfront amount entirely, paying for the full year at once costs less overall.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Paid growth plans run on a 12-month term. Because your website, hosting, SSL and growth setup are included in the plan rather than billed as a separate project, the website remains with Novelio until the term is completed. After 12 months, full ownership transfers to you — or earlier via a one-time buyout.
What is not included in the plans?
To keep pricing fair, plans do not include unlimited changes, daily social posting, paid ad spend, full e-commerce builds, custom software from scratch or heavy copywriting projects. Those are available as add-ons or custom-scoped work — just ask.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you a 1-page starter site, a 30-minute growth audit, a Google Business Profile checkup and 100 email verifications a month — so you can see the quality of our work before paying anything.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Absolutely. Most clients start on Start My Growth or Grow My Leads and move up as their results compound. You can upgrade or add à-la-carte add-ons whenever you need.
